Axel Shäfer
Axel Schäfer is one of the leading members of the German construction practice. During his consulting career, he has worked for players along the whole construction value chain for whom he has handled a large number of different strategic issues comprising corporate strategy, internationalisation, assortment planning and management, sales, marketing, and E-business. Additionally, Axel has experiences in a wide range of operational issues, for example functional optimisation, reorganisation, process optimisation and development of controlling concepts.
In the area of mergers and acquisitions, he has supported transactions both on the buyers' and the sellers' side and has gained an extensive know-how in managing the post-merger integration process.
